The flexible track for curved plasterboard

Perfect curves
Flexible and precise

Certified
The Cobra track is a profile for use with shapeable plasterboard — an indispensable framing component for curved walls, columns, arches and curved false ceiling features. Thanks to its extreme flexibility, curves of whatever radius are possible, and the selected shape remains perfectly stable.
Technical specifications
Cobra tracks are made from zinc-coated Z140 steel of 0.6 mm gauge. Available in five different sizes, they are adaptable to a range of design requirements. To get all the necessary details, please download the installation manuals and the technical data sheet for Cobra Track.

Applications
Integration with standard studs
Standard vertical studs are easily combined with the Cobra Flexible Track to create a curved wall, and once in position will lock automatically in place, remaining faultlessly upright.
Any kind of curve
Cobra tracks are ideal for creating curves of whatever radius, as they can be adapted to different shapes and configurations. Curves of different radius can be created even within a single structure, for example arches, semicircles, S-bends, curved partition walls and curved dry linings.
A starting point
Once fixed to the wall, the lugs of the Cobra track can be bent to a desired angle, facilitating the creation of sloped ceilings, domes, vaults, curved and conical walls, etc. The 30 mm COBRA track can be used as a perimeter profile, providing the starting point for the creation of curved ceilings with the help of the Concavex Flexible Stud.

Certifications and conformity
The Cobra profile is certified to European standards EN 14195 and 13964 regarding gypsum board ceilings and walls, and is currently the only product on the market suitable for the installation of certified curved gypsum board wall and ceiling systems. It also complies with standards EN 10346 and EN 10143, guaranteeing Reaction to Fire classification A1.
